I just wanted to let you know what a pleasure it was working with Greg and the entire team at Northfield Properties. I absolutely love my new home in the ArmitEdge Building.

As we approach our two year anniversary at Northfield Place, we wanted to reach out tell you that we could not be happier with our condominium. As you know, the Bucktown/Wicker Park neighborhood continues to grow and new buildings are popping up everywhere. None seem to have our combination of quality finishes, ample space and smart layout for the price.

Moving into new construction is always a little risky because there is no history to draw upon, but we have had virtually no issues with our unit which speaks to the quality of construction. We are always telling friends how nice it is to live in a building with 15 other units and never hear our neighbors. That is a unique quality in condo living.

Your willingness to work with us during the construction phase to customize wiring, lighting and finishes illustrates your dedication to customer service. We would definitely recommend a Northfield Group property to friends or anyone looking for a quality home in Chicago. Thanks again Gary.
